Introducing a brand new website for Oakleaf Medical Network! This WordPress website organizes over 175 health providers, over 40 medical specializations & 30+ communities in Western Wisconsin & Minnesota. It includes search functions and filters for locations and specializations for visitors to quickly access needed information. OakLeaf Medical Network is a physician-directed, patient-centered health services network that provides care in small, personalized settings.
