The website features a regularly updated blog to share Lee’s insights on leadership and organizational success, an integrated email subscription system to build her audience, and dedicated sections highlighting her published books, podcasts, and speaking engagements.

Drawing from the vibrant mood board palette of blues, oranges, and warm tones, the design creates a professional yet approachable aesthetic that mirrors Lee’s dynamic speaking style and forward-thinking approach.

The site includes clear navigation, optimized content structure, and strategic call-to-action elements. Special attention was given to showcasing Lee’s credentials and expertise while maintaining an accessible, user-friendly experience across all devices.
