Web Design & Branding For Chippewa Valley Health Cooperative

Project Description

Presenting a new website, brand colors & text-based logo design for The Chippewa Valley Health Cooperative—making exceptional quality healthcare and patient experiences accessible and affordable in Wisconsin’s Chippewa Valley.

This WordPress website features information and resources about the Cooperative and local healthcare, easy-to-use member signup forms with payment integration and an onsite donation form. These forms were set to automatically generate member ID numbers, and populate form entries in a Google Sheet for easy reference by their board.

Logo, colors and brand elements were selected to denote professional, trustworthy, stable and approachable. The combination of colors, typography, and graphics aims to convey the message that CVHC is a reliable and accessible cooperative committed to serving the local community.
